With over two decades of experience as a California-licensed real estate broker (since 2003) and more than 30 years as a healthcare professional, I’ve built my career on the same principles that guide great care — honesty, transparency, and service to others. I believe real estate should be fair, straightforward, and centered on people, not percentages. That’s why I created a flat-fee brokerage model that helps clients save thousands while still receiving full-service, expert representation.

I bring a unique perspective to real estate — one shaped by years of problem-solving, precision, and empathy as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. Those same qualities carry into every client relationship: clear communication, ethical guidance, and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right.

As a longtime resident of Lake Elsinore, I take pride in helping my neighbors and community members achieve their real estate goals — whether buying their first home, selling with confidence, or investing for the future. My background as an entrepreneur and business owner gives me an edge in negotiation, marketing, and financial strategy. Over the years, I’ve managed multiple small businesses, operated an import/export company, and even worked as an owner-operator of an 18-wheeler. Today, I also lead a real estate syndication company that connects private investors and crowdfunded capital to create shared property investment opportunities.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my 8-year-old son, practicing karate, playing soccer, or scuba diving — passions that keep me grounded and focused on what really matters: family, balance, and integrity.
