Why We Started This Company
For years, traditional real estate has followed a model that simply doesn’t make sense for most people. Sellers and buyers are often charged 2% to 3% per side — totaling 5% to 6% of the sale price — just to complete a transaction. On a typical home, that can mean tens of thousands of dollars in commissions, even when the actual work involved may only amount to 30 to 40 hours spread over a month or two.
We believe in being fair, transparent, and honest about the true value of the work performed. That’s why I started this flat-fee brokerage — to offer full-service real estate without inflated commissions. Our flat rate of $10,000 covers everything most sellers need to successfully sell a traditional home:
1. Professional photography and marketing
2. MLS and online exposure across major real estate platforms
3. Pricing guidance based on market data
4. Contract preparation and negotiation support
5. Coordination through closing
This structure allows clients to save thousands while still receiving expert, hands-on service from an experienced broker who genuinely cares about their outcome.
The buyer’s agent fee remains flexible — it can be whatever you and the buyer’s representative agree upon, or I can assist in negotiating a fair arrangement that works for everyone.
We include one open house with every listing. If you’d like additional open houses, that’s available as an add-on service — because I believe it’s the right price, not the open house, that sells the home.
